Our rules are not intended to offend and are for all customers.

1. We do not allow children under 15 years old into the Granary (this includes babes in arms).

2. We ask all customers to place their handbags into secure lockers before shopping.

3. We only accept returns if a product is faulty or damaged.

Wholesale Customers: Please make sure you have your Granary Flowers Membership card with you and produce it when you check out.

New Wholesale Customers: Our wholesale customers include event organisers, wedding planners, hotel chains but also individuals working from their spare room who sell at local craft fairs. So please if your not sure if you will match our wholesale criteria then pay us a visit and we can discuss it further.

Payment: We accept all major cards except American Express, Cheques with a supporting guarantee card and Cash.
